One Life Mindfulness courses take a secular and evidence-based approach to learning Mindfulness. Our friendly and relaxed courses are available in-person in North Leeds as well as online.

One Life Mindfulness offers 8 week ‘Mindfulness for Modern Life’ courses in person and online. The courses have been developed and delivered by Toby Wiltshire, a Mindfulness Now registered and accredited Mindfulness teacher with more than 15 year’s experience as a meditator.

Courses are all based on the techniques and tools of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and follow the Mindfulness Now programme.

You will learn to recognise how often our minds run on autopilot, and practise bringing Mindfulness to the present moment. A range of Mindfulness practices and exercises will help you to be able to respond more skilfully when difficulties arise and engage with what is most important to you. These skills will enable you to be present, recognise moments of joy and feel more contentment and gratitude.
