Ahh…. Fish, chips and mushy peas. There is nothing more British than fish and chips. Freshly cooked, piping hot fish and chips, smothered in salt and soused with vinegar and eaten straight away. There nothing better on a glorious sunny day or wintry afternoon – it simply cannot be beaten.
We have quantified the GHG emissions across our entire operation (10.56 tonnes CO2e), inclusive of all Scope 1, 2 and 3 emission sources, and offset these emissions through the purchase and retirement of carbon credits. The project selected to offset our GHG emissions is Biodiverse Reforestation Carbon Offsets in the Yarra Yarra Biodiversity Corridor, Western Australia.
