Advent Developments has secured planning consent for 72 new homes in North Leeds, an office conversion and an 86 bed care home.
We have quantified the GHG emissions across our entire operation (10.56 tonnes CO2e), inclusive of all Scope 1, 2 and 3 emission sources, and offset these emissions through the purchase and retirement of carbon credits. The project selected to offset our GHG emissions is Biodiverse Reforestation Carbon Offsets in the Yarra Yarra Biodiversity Corridor, Western Australia.
