The course is for any birth, from natural to caesarean and aims to empower you with the confidence and knowledge to achieve the birth you want. Whether it’s your first or subsequent birth, my aim is to educate, inspire and guide you to the best possible evidence.
My approach to hypnobirthing is entirely factual, using up-to-date evidence-based research to help you feel fully informed.
We have quantified the GHG emissions across our entire operation (10.56 tonnes CO2e), inclusive of all Scope 1, 2 and 3 emission sources, and offset these emissions through the purchase and retirement of carbon credits. The project selected to offset our GHG emissions is Biodiverse Reforestation Carbon Offsets in the Yarra Yarra Biodiversity Corridor, Western Australia.
