The Starting Point Centre in Leeds is a vital resource for families in the community
The heart of our work is a commitment to helping families to build strong, healthy relationships by providing a safe and supportive environment.
Our team of experienced professionals provide a wide range of services, including family time supervised and supported contact (also known as child contact sessions), parenting support, family mediation, and workshops to support families. We welcome families from all backgrounds and all circumstances, tailoring our services to meet any unique needs.
Our services are designed to help families work through a wide range of issues to get quality enjoyable family time in place. We also support with family mediation for relationships (divorce and separation), mental health concerns, and addiction. Trained counsellors provide a safe and confidential space for families to explore their feelings, share their experiences, and develop strategies for positive change. Did you know you don’t have to go straight to court to get plans in place for a divorce? In fact, using mediation ensures a smoother and less traumatic process to get family matters resolved.
