St Chad’s Broomfield Cricket Club are the only amateur club Headingley, with 20 senior and junior teams, playing both at the weekend and midweek.
We have quantified the GHG emissions across our entire operation (10.56 tonnes CO2e), inclusive of all Scope 1, 2 and 3 emission sources, and offset these emissions through the purchase and retirement of carbon credits. The project selected to offset our GHG emissions is Biodiverse Reforestation Carbon Offsets in the Yarra Yarra Biodiversity Corridor, Western Australia.
